Serbian Society of Esthetic Dentistry (SSED) respects your privacy and it is committed to protecting it by complying with this Policy. 

 

The Policy describes types of information that we may obtain from you or that you may provide when you visit the website (our “Website”) and our practice of collecting, using, maintaining, protecting and publishing of such information.  

 

DATA COLLECTION 

When you visit the pages on our Website, at www.uess.rs, this is anonymous, unless you have registered for one of our conferences or joined our mailing list. When you visit the pages we do not collect your personal data, such as name, surname, address, phone number or e-mail address. However, our software uses the so-called cookies to collect information on how the site is being used. This is a cluster based data collection about the server your computer is connected to, type of browser (e.g. Netscape or Internet Explorer) and your response to web ads or e-mail messages. The data is used to measure the response rate to web ads or offers made via e-mail.  

 

DATA PROTECTION

Personal data provided for the purpose of registration to the mailing list and/or conference is collected and kept as a mailing list (data base) on servers of Wix.com system, in accordance with GDPR.  

 

REGISTRATION TO ASSOCIATION CONFERENCES In order to make available online registration to conferences and other events organized by UESS, we will probably ask you to voluntarily provide some personal data, including your e-mail address. Also, in order to ensure efficient online registration, we will produce and send reservation confirmations for conferences and events that may of interest for you.  

 

DATA USAGE 

We may use the data you have provided in order to provide a service (e.g. online membership payment or online conference fee payment), measure the interest of users and members for different activities of the Association and inform you about the planned conferences and activities of the Association. 

 

If you provide us your e-mail address, or if you have already done so, we may send you offers via e-mail. These offers may be based on the information that you have provided during the first transaction with us, on application forms, on questionnaires, on information that may indicate your interests or your lifestyle, or on information available from external sources, such as sales or marketing organizations. 

 

When we send you messages via e-mail, we may find out the information on your e-mail address - e.g. if you are able to receive graphic html messages. If your e-mail address is configured to receive html messages, we may send you graphic html messages via e-mail. 

 

PERSONAL DATA SHARING 

UESS does not sell, trade or lease User personally identifiable data with/to others.  

 

USER RIGHTS

Pursuant to GDPR, the User has the right to:

• Unsubscribe from the mailing list at any time 

• Request access to his/her own personal data kept in our data base   

• Request to be forgotten (to request from us to erase all his/her personal data from our data base)

 

FORWARDING DATA TO THIRD PARTIES 

Please be aware that your e-mail address will not be disclosed to our business partners. We may, however, send you offers on behalf of our business partners. In case you use an offer provided by our partner and become their client, be aware that they may send you offers independently of us. In this case, you will need to inform them directly if you do not wish to receive their offers in future. 

Our objective is to send offers that we believe are relevant and valuable for the members of our Association, participants of our conferences and the persons who joined our mailing list. The offers are made and conducted according to strict rules in order to protect the safety and privacy of the personal data of our members, participants of our conferences and the persons who joined our mailing list. You can request from us to stop sending you offers at any time.  

 

For the purposes visit frequency analysis, Uerss.org uses Google Analytics provided by Google, Inc. (Google). Google Analytics uses cookies, small text files stored on user’s computer, which enable uerss.org to analyse the use of our website. Information gathered in this way about the way you use our website (including IP address, but without your personal data) will be transferred and stored by Google, on servers in the territory of the USA. 

 

Google will use this information to analyse the use of the entire website, to create reports on website activities, on behalf of UESS, and to provide other services concerning Internet activities and usage.  

 

Google may forward this information to third parties in cases stipulated by legislation, or in cases where third parties process this information on behalf of Google. Google will not link your IP address with any other data that it holds and will never receive your personal data. You can disable the cookies by using settings on your web browser, however it should be noted in this case you will not be able to use all functionalities of our website. Facebook Pixel system is also used to track your activity and send it to Facebook to optimize advertising of our products and/or services and user experience (navigation, website activity, search, etc.)

 

CHILDREN AND UNDER 18 

We do not use web pages to deliberately collect data on children under 18, nor to sell products or services to them.
